Sam was wonderful to work with; very personable, checked in a couple of times to make sure I was happy with the windows and the installation. The install crew had it down-each member of the team knew their job, so that the removal and install went flawlessly! Like a well oiled machine (plus man), as the name implies.
Machine and Man did such a bang up and good job! I’m extremely happy with the quality of the material and installation process. When they left my apartment, it was cleaner than when they came in. Who else comes in, does major work, and doesn’t leave dings and dents. They did a bang up job! And did it in one day. Thank you guys so much. The noise level is way down. I live above a busy street and the windows help keep that out. For the first time in 10 years, my windows aren’t rattling when the wind hits. Very fine product!
Really enjoyed working with Machine and Man, Sam and his team. I replaced custom sized patio doors in living room and bedroom. They were very flexible with my odd work schedule and completed the job in a matter of hours. Very efficient and skillful in safely removing my old doors and installing new ones without making a mess. They cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have known they were there and since I live in a condo building I’m sure made my neighbors happy too. Highly recommend if you’re looking to have a trustworthy and proficient company in your home.
Sam did my moms windows and they have held up very well. When it was time for me to replace some windows I got in touch with Sam. When the windows were received we setup a time to have them installed. His team of installers were polite and courteous, completed the work on time and to our satisfaction. It’s been about 7 months since the were installed and we are still pleased with the work and the windows. I certainly recommend Sam and his team for replacement windows.
Machine and Man is a very reliable company. They have recently put in several custom windows for us that were very unusual and had to be special ordered, each window was a different size even though they looked the same. It was difficult and they did a terrific job. We highly recommend them. They also have done several other jobs for us, replaced broken skylights, shattered wind turbine, built a custom barn door etc. Their prices were reasonable and quality material was used. We give them the highest rating.
The installers were exceptional from start to finish. They arrived on time; worked diligently the entire time they were here; were polite; extremely competent in a very difficult retro-fit installation; created almost no mess while working; and, completely cleaned up when they were finished. Sam’s installers were the most professional retro-fit team I have encountered in more than 40 years of having homes re-modeled or windows and doors retro-fitted. They also finished their work quickly while maintaining top-level workmanship.
Needless to say, the Kensington product they installed is wonderful and an incredible improvement over my former windows in terms of both appearance and functionality. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and the work.

We had the windows in our entire house replaced by Machine and Man a couple of years ago. They did an fantastic job, were very courteous as to respecting our home, and were very careful to not leave a mess behind. Sam is extremely knowledgeable, and was hugely helpful to us in making a decision as to window brand, type, options, etc. We are very happy with the quality of the windows, and have noticed a definite difference in our energy bills since their installation. Last year, we also had Machine and Man replace our sliding door to the patio, and have been thrilled with the door. Quality products at a reasonable price, installed by masters of workmanship!

I have worked with Sam & Machine & Man for a couple of years, initially at my neighbor’s recommendation. Projects have included window & exterior door replacement & framing, exterior soffit & fascia work, & interior door installation. The various workers on the different jobs were all professional, friendly & courteous, neat, hard working, & they took pride in their work & their crafts. Sam maintained open lines of communication with me during the planning & completion phases of each project, ensured that things were done as planned within the expected time frame, & followed through to be sure that I was satisfied. And I have two more projects in the works for the future with Sam. I would definitely recommend Sam & his company.

I have had 9 house window replacements and all the vinyl fascia and soffit work done by machine and man in the last 2 years and they did an excellent job. Sam and Mike were very professional and highly skilled. They have a strong work ethic and were always very courteous and friendly. They always put me first and answered my questions. Very prompt in returning my phone calls. My house has been in 2 hail storms since their work and all has been good
We had 6 windows replaced. They are a very unique shape and of course none of them are the exact same size. Sam very patiently measured and sent in to the company when he ordered them. They are very energy efficient, of the highest quality and beautiful too. I love how easy they are to clean. . I would give Machine and Man the highest rating for going that extra mile to service us.
